Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operations performance with scorecards, reports, and dashboards.
• Assist monthly operations performance reviews and track follow-up actions.
• Conduct basic data analysis to identify performance trends, gaps, and improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Data teams to deliver operational improvements.
• Support projects related to route planning, tracking visibility, and process improvement.
• Contribute to efficiency, productivity, and cost awareness initiatives.
• Document SOPs and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Develop ownership of analysis and project deliverables throughout the program.
