Job summary

Mecs is seeking a highly organized Fund Administrator to support its expanding renewable energy and investment activities. You will work closely with the CFO and Business Development team to manage investor onboarding, AML/KYC checks, and fund administration, ensuring compliance and accurate investor records.

You will coordinate workflows among investors, distributors, IFAs and internal teams, handle queries, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in fund administration, investor operations, financial services or investments.
• Working knowledge of AML/KYC and investor onboarding.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident dealing with investors, IFAs and intermediaries.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with CRM/document management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
