Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a Branch Operations Analyst to ensure timely, complete and accurate processing of information, maintaining controls and escalating risks to the line manager. You will prepare daily valuation reports for multiple funds and handle annual financial reports and tax returns.

You will work in a hybrid environment with internal procedures, liaising with auditors and clients while maintaining high accounting standards and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Experience in fund administration/ fund accounting.
• Strong accounting knowledge with high accuracy; knowledge in Capital Market and Indonesia tax regulation.
• Good English (verbal and written).
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows and ensure responsible data use.

The Branch Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant information, including performing all relevant controls within own area of responsibility. They undertake time critical, complex or regulated tasks and must ensure the timely escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate.

Your key responsibilities

• In charge to prepare daily valuation report for multiple funds
• Responsible in handling annual financial report and tax return
• Perform daily activities in fully adherence of internal operating procedure and in fully awareness of process and control.
• Dealing with internal and external stakeholders, including auditor & client
• Manage to achieve zero audit findings in Fund Services

Your skills and experience

• Candidate must possess minimum bachelor's degree major in Accounting
• Experience in fund administration/ fund accounting.
• Strong in accounting knowledge with high level of accuracy and have good knowledge in Capital Market and Indonesia tax regulation.
• Good analytical, computer literacy and be able to willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Good English skill both verbal and written
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
