Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a Branch Operations Analyst to ensure timely, complete and accurate processing of information, maintaining controls and escalating risks to the line manager. You will prepare daily valuation reports for multiple funds and handle annual financial reports and tax returns.

You will work in a hybrid environment with internal procedures, liaising with auditors and clients while maintaining high accounting standards and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Experience in fund administration/ fund accounting.
• Strong accounting knowledge with high accuracy; knowledge in Capital Market and Indonesia tax regulation.
• Good English (verbal and written).
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows and ensure responsible data use.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily valuation reports for multiple funds.
• Handle annual financial reports and tax returns.
• Perform daily activities in accordance with internal operating procedures and controls.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and clients.
• Aim to achieve zero audit findings in Fund Services.
