Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking a Treasury Operations specialist in Jakarta to monitor and process corporate action events, reconcile balances, and ensure regulatory reporting readiness. This role requires experience in treasury or global markets operations, strong attention to detail, and robust stakeholder communication.

You will work in a hybrid environment with extensive collaboration across teams, supporting daily custody tasks and ensuring accurate client instructions and timely postings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Prior treasury or global market operations experience and knowledge of its products (FX, MM, FI, OTC), end-to-end process, control, reconciliation, reporting.
• Familiar with Indonesia regulations.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of corporate action or asset servicing and custody operation.
• High accuracy and strong control over processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track and process CA events (dividends, interest payments, rights issues, mergers, takeovers, stock splits).
• Interpret corporate action announcements from the Stock Exchange and agents (onshore/offshore).
• Notify internal teams and clients of events, deadlines and instructions.
• Collect and validate client instructions/elections for voluntary events.
• Ensure accurate and timely posting of entitlements (cash, stock, etc.).
• Reconcile corporate action balances and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain strong controls to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
• Prepare data for regulatory reporting team.
• Handle daily/weekly/monthly custody tasks as backup coverage.
• Coordinate and support the team and stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring, tracking and processing CA events (e.g. dividends, interest payments, right issues, mergers, takeovers, stock splits etc.
• Review and interpret corporate action announcements from the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the agent (onshore and offshore markets)
• Notify internal teams and clients of corporate action events, deadline and required instructions.

• Reconcile corporate action balances and investigate discrepancy.

• Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly custody tasks as back up coverage required

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Prior experience in treasury or global market operations, knowledge of its products (FX,MM,FI, OTC), end to end process, control, reconciliation, reporting
• Familiar with Indonesia regulations
• Good communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of corporate action or asset servicing and custody operation
• High sense of accuracy with strong attention to detail and effective control over processes
