Job summary

TEH GROUP is seeking a senior Fullstack Web Developer in Jakarta to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. You will lead backend services, APIs, and frontend components while ensuring security, performance, and reliability.

The role requires mentoring teammates and collaborating with product managers, QA, and designers. You will work with modern stacks (Node.js, Express/NestJS), microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) while delivering robust software with clean code

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Fullstack Web Development.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or NestJS.
• Solid RESTful API development, API integration, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or other relational/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with authentication/authorization: JWT, OAuth 2.0, RBAC.
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID, and clean code.
• Familiar with Git, CI/CD, and collaborative workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Understanding of security, performance, scalability, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with unit/integration tests and code quality.
• Ability to lead discussions, reviews, and mentor developers.
• Strong analytical and teamwork skills.

Job description

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Fullstack Web Development.

Strong backend development experience using Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.

Solid understanding of RESTful API development, API integration, and microservices architecture.

Proficient in database design, optimization, and management using MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other relational and NoSQL databases.

Experienced in implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT, OAuth 2.0, and role-based access control (RBAC).

Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, clean code principles, and SOLID principles.

Experienced with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development workflows.

Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.

Strong understanding of application security, performance optimization, scalability, and troubleshooting.

Experienced in writing unit tests, integration tests, and maintaining code quality.

Able to lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to other developers.
