Job summary

KantorKu is seeking an energetic educator to provide coaching, training, and classroom instruction across USBN/UTBK prep programs. You will develop materials, deliver engaging lessons, and serve as a positive example in the MT Akademia network.

This role collaborates with Student Advisors, CBC sessions, and regional teams to share best practices, support curriculum implementation, and maintain strong parent-student engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills and effectiveness under the Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to provide pathways and maintain good student-parents engagement.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students with academic issues and solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, delivering high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning.
