Job summary

KantorKu in Jakarta is seeking educators to join our team, delivering high-quality teaching across classroom settings and coaching sessions. You will support students with USBN, UTBK, and university entrance exam prep while developing engaging materials.

Work with a dynamic Academic Team, participate in clinics and CBC sessions, and collaborate with regional colleagues to share best practices and drive student success in a fast-paced learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including buddying MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to provide pathways for academic goals and maintain engagement.
• Run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to help students address issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and share best practices with regional team.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, delivering high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.

• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
