Job summary

MT Akademia seeks an experienced educator to coach and train, becoming a buddy to enhance teaching skills under the Academic Team. You will collaborate across departments to support student outcomes.

You will lead classroom instruction, run Homework Clinics, participate in CBC sessions, and develop materials to implement the curriculum. A strong focus on student engagement and relationships with parents and staff is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions to enhance teaching skills under the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors for pathway guidance.
• Run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students with academic issues.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and share best practices regionally.
• Teach students in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and engagement.
• Fulfill minimum session requirements including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation.

Job description

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
