Job summary

KantorKu is seeking educators in Jakarta to deliver high-quality classroom instruction, coach peers, and collaborate with the Academic Team to enhance MT Akademia's teaching effectiveness.

You will conduct student/parent consultations, run Homework Clinics, and participate in CBC sessions, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships and active curriculum support.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to identify pathways and maintain student-parents engagement.
• Run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and share best practices with regional team.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation and student learning.
