Job summary

English Academy Center is seeking an English teacher to plan and deliver high-quality lessons for learners from young to adult. You will design engaging plans, use varied methods, and provide feedback to help students progress. Teaching hours are capped at 25 per week with regular progress reports.

Additionally, you will mentor freelance teachers, observe sessions, and ensure adherence to academy standards and policies, while maintaining organized records and a positive classroom culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Experience teaching English, preferably to young learners (3–18 years).
• TOEFL/IELTS certification is a plus.
• Able to mentor and support fellow teachers.
• Strong English communication (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Committed to ongoing professional development and modern teaching methods.
• Willing to teach offline at English Academy Center.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Has experience in teaching English, preferably for young learners (3-18 years old)
• Having a TOEFL/IELTS certification will be a plus
• Able to mentor and support fellow teachers.
