PT-Ruang-Raya-Indonesia- is seeking an experienced English instructor to plan and deliver high-quality lessons for students from young learners to adults. You will manage up to 25 teaching hours weekly and develop engaging plans tailored to each level.

You will assess progress, provide feedback, and maintain attendance records. The role includes mentoring freelance teachers, observing classes, and ensuring adherence to academy standards. This is an on-site position at the English Academy Center.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field.
• Experience teaching English, preferably to young learners (3-18).
• TOEFL/IELTS certification is a plus.
• Able to mentor fellow teachers.
• Willing to teach offline at English Academy Center.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons with up to 25 teaching hours per week.
• Develop engaging and interactive lesson plans for various proficiency levels.
• Provide constructive feedback and monitor progress with regular reports.
• Maintain accurate attendance and performance records; administer tests and assessments.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure smooth class operation and schedules.
• Mentor freelance teachers, observe classes, and provide feedback to improve teaching performance.
• Ensure adherence to English Academy's teaching standards and policies.

• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to students ranging from young learners to adults. Maximum 25 teaching hours per week.
• Develop engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the needs and proficiency levels of students.
• Utilize a variety of teaching techniques and materials to facilitate learning and encourage student participation.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve their learning goals.
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular reports and updates.

Class Administration:

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
• Prepare and administer tests, quizzes, and other assessment tools.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure smooth operation of classes and adherence to schedules.
• Handle classroom management, ensuring a positive and conducive learning environment.
• Mentor and support freelance teachers, providing guidance on lesson planning, classroom management, and teaching techniques.
• Conduct regular observations of freelance teachers' classes, offering feedback and actionable advice to improve their teaching performance.
• Ensure freelance teachers adhere to English Academy's teaching standards and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• Has experience in teaching English, preferably for young learners (3-18 years old)
• Having a TOEFL/IELTS certification will be a plus
• Able to mentor and support fellow teachers.
• Good communications in English (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Committed to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest teaching methodologies.
• Willing to teach offline at English Academy Center
