• Previous experience in waitstaff roles (restaurant/hotel)

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and seat them promptly at tables
• Present menus and explain dishes and specials
• Take orders accurately and relay to kitchen/bar
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and correctly
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle concerns professionally
• Clear and reset tables, ensure hygiene standards
• Process payments accurately and operate till systems
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar for smooth service
