Job summary

Enreach Behavioral Services is seeking a Full-Time Behavior Therapist to join our ABA team serving children aged 2-14 with ASD and related developmental disabilities. Under supervision of a BCBA, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings, collect data, and implement treatment plans.

We value professional development and strong collaboration with families and staff. The role requires afternoon availability, a Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Education required.
• Fluent in speaking, writing, and understanding English.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one (1:1) ABA therapy to children aged 2-14.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Conduct discrete trials and implement behavior support and treatment plans.
• Work with BCBA Supervisor to apply ABA teaching procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families and supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and supervision sessions.
