PT Hasuda Graha is seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to build and maintain both front end interfaces and back end services. You will drive the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment.

This full-time, on-site role is based in Central Jakarta. You will collaborate with directors, HR, product managers, and operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in full stack development, a Bachelor’s in CS/IT/SE, and hands-on experience with Node.js, Python or PHP and databases.

• 2–4 years of proven Full Stack Dev experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team growing in tech. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front end client side user interfaces and the back end server architecture. You will play a key role in driving the full software development life cycle, from conception and design to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• System Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable code for web applications.
• Front-End & Back-End: Develop visually appealing front end architecture and database structures.
• Integration: Connect user facing elements with server side logic
• Troubleshooting: Perform daily debugging, resolve technical issues, and optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams, including directors, HR, product manager, and operational staff, to gather system requirements and deliver seamless solutions.
• Documentation: Write clean, structured, and comprehensive technical documentation for all developed systems.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or a similar role.

Core Technical Stack (Hard Skills)

Solid experience with Back end frameworks and languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, or PHP).

Experience building and managing databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).

Soft Skills

Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)

Experience developing and customizing internal tools using Google Apps Script integrated with Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Drive).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and modern deployment pipelines (CI/CD).

Knowledge of UI/UX design principles to ensure a seamless user experience.

Knowledge of AI and how to implement AI with day to day work.
