Decathlon Indonesia is seeking a Fulfillment Agent (Part Time) to join our Surabaya team. You will process digital orders, pick items from store shelves, pack securely, and hand over packages to couriers. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with the Store Team, and daily use of order-processing tools.

The position requires strong attention to detail, good organization, and willingness to work weekends. English is a plus, and work is on-site at Decathlon Sentral Surabaya.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays (5 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders and ensure 100% fulfillability.
• Pick items from the store based on order requirements.
• Pack items securely and label packages correctly.
• Perform quality control to ensure packages are safe to ship.
• Scan and recap packed orders and hand over to couriers.
• Use Google tools for order processing and documentation.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Support other store team members as needed.

We are seeking a Fulfillment Agent (Part Time) to join our team. Report directly to the Fulfillment Captain. You will take responsibility to process digital orders in Surabaya.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ensure that all incoming orders can be fulfilled 100% to deliver the best experience to the users.
• Pick items from store based on order requirements.
• Pack items securely and label packages correctly.
• Perform quality control to make sure the order is safe to ship and there are no defective products.
• Scan and recap orders that have been packed.
• Perform package handover with couriers.
• Strong attention to details to avoid errors in order processing.
• Familiarity with computer software used for order processing, such as Google Tools (Spreadsheet, Docs, etc.)
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, such as Store Team.
• Physical stamina may be required for tasks such as lifting and moving packages
• Agile and well-adapted.
• Fluent in English is a plus.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holiday (5 days/week)
• Working on site.
