Job summary

DECATHLON Belgium NV is hiring in Indonesia to join our retail team. You will sell products and services, welcome customers, and support omnichannel sales while delivering a dynamic, visually appealing store experience.

You will participate in merchandising, stock handling, and order flows, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction across weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Satisfy customers by selling products and services.

• Apply merchandising guidelines and keep displays aligned with business needs.
• Ensure stock availability and process efficiency across deliveries, returns, click & collect, and ship-from-store.

Responsibilities

• Satisfy my customers by selling our products and services (Membuat pelanggan puas dengan menjual produk dan layanan kami)
• Keep the store environment safe, be available and welcome every customer, adjust your time to customer flow, sell in-store and online, offer the loyalty program, handle payments, and manage buybacks.
• Satisfy my customers by a commercial and dynamic layout experience (Membuat pelanggan puas dengan pengalaman layout yang komersial dan dinamis)
• Apply merchandising guidelines in-store, keep displays aligned with business needs, respond quickly to alerts, highlight best-selling products (global and local), launch commercial campaigns, and adjust layouts for seasonal changes.
• Satisfy my customers through process efficiency and stock availability (Membuat pelanggan puas melalui efisiensi proses dan ketersediaan stok)
• Ensure smooth stock handling and order flows by managing deliveries, accuracy checks, returns, fitting rooms, click & collect, ship-from-store, and quality procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (Full Time only) & Bahasa Indonesia
• You have a passion for sport, a taste for business and looking for a retail career
• You like being out in the field, advising users of all levels, with a desire to share your passion
