Job summary

PT Sancome Nusantara Indonesia is seeking a RPM FTTH Project (Onsite Makassar) to join our telecommunications division. The role focuses on overseeing FTTH deployments, ensuring delivery, quality, and compliance with technical specs in Makassar, South Sulawesi.

As Regional Project Manager, you will lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate with contractors, government agencies, and internal departments, and report progress to senior management while maintaining budget and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in telecommunications or FTTH deployments.
• Strong knowledge of FTTH infrastructure, network architecture, and fibre technology.
• Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple teams and contractors.
• Budget management and cost control experience.
• English and Indonesian proficiency for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and completion of FTTH project activities within schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Manage project teams and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, government agencies and internal departments.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with technical specs, standards and regulatory requirements for FTTH deployment.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to uphold workmanship and safety.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation.
• Liaise with local authorities and communities to address concerns and facilitate implementation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to field teams and contractors; report status to senior management.
