Job summary

PT Sancome Nusantara Indonesia is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support FTTH deployments in Makassar. You will interface with the Project Manager, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure progress, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will collect progress data, maintain documentation, prepare regular reports in English when needed, and coordinate with stakeholders across tasks from planning to execution. A strong communicator with organizational skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or related industries.
• Experience in FTTH or fiber optic projects preferred.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Excellent English communication when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily FTTH project activities.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and field team members.
• Monitor progress against targets and schedules.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Escalate critical matters to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with Document Control to maintain records.
• Travel to project sites as required.
