Job summary

PT Japfa Food Indonesia is hiring a Frying Operator to monitor and control industrial frying lines, ensuring consistent product quality and adherence to safety standards. You will set temperatures, manage oil levels, and regulate conveyor speeds while recording batch data.

In this role, you will load and unload raw materials, perform routine equipment checks, and report any malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor. Shift work including nights may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Frying Operator or similar food production role.
• Knowledge of industrial frying equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Understanding of HACCP, GMP and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial frying equipment, including temperature control, oil levels, and conveyor speeds to ensure product quality.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products from the frying line.
• Perform routine checks and adjustments to machinery to maintain proper functioning.
• Monitor product quality for appearance, texture, and taste, making necessary adjustments to the frying process.
• Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene protocols, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.
• Record production data, including batch numbers, temperatures, and quantities produced.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, product quality issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Assist with troubleshooting and minor maintenance of frying equipment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
