PT Japfa Food Indonesia is seeking a Frying Operator to operate and monitor industrial frying equipment, ensuring product quality and safety during shifts. You will load materials, adjust machinery, and record production data while adhering to GMP/HACCP standards.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with tolerance for varying temperatures and the physical demands of lifting heavy materials. Teamwork and strict safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Frying Operator or similar food production role preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial frying equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Understanding of HACCP and GMP and quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple parameters.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor industrial frying equipment, including temperature control, oil levels, and conveyor speeds.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products from the frying line.
• Perform routine checks and adjustments to machinery to maintain proper functioning.
• Monitor product quality for appearance, texture, and taste, making necessary adjustments.
• Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene protocols, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.
• Record production data, including batch numbers, temperatures, and quantities produced.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, product quality issues, or safety concerns.
• Assist with troubleshooting and minor maintenance of frying equipment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain a clean work environment.

• Assist with troubleshooting and minor maintenance of frying equipment.

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Frying Operator or in a similar food production role is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial frying equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Understanding of food safety principles (HACCP, GMP) and quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple parameters simultaneously.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
