Job summary

PT Joyowo Geo Indonesia in Tangerang, Banten invites a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and assess training programs, including onboarding, dedicated-team training, and on-the-job modules to build frontline capability.

Requirements include at least 1 year in training, fluent English, strong communication and teamwork, with preferred Chinese language skills and a background in telecommunications, services, or FMCG.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above; science or engineering background preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a training role.
• Fluent spoken English; strong Chinese communication skills preferred.
• Strong learning ability, logical thinking, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess training programs, including new-hire onboarding, dedicated-team training, on-the-job modules, and capability development.
• Communicate content clearly, apply effective facilitation techniques, and rapidly convert new business knowledge into practical training so employees can master it.
• Analyze training data, prepare training summaries and effectiveness evaluations, and take ownership of delivery quality; drive improvements from feedback.
• Develop understanding of current operations; design, develop, and optimize courses and training materials for frontline service staff based on specific business needs, and complete delivery.
