Job summary

Ora Resort Gili Meno, located on the beautiful Gili Meno Island, North Lombok, is looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and energetic individual to join our team as: Front Office Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Front Office experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role, and strong English communication skills.

Willingness to live on Gili Meno is required. Preference given to those with hotel/resort experience, leadership abilities, and proficiency in hotel PMS and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Front Office, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible, responsible, and able to work in shifts.
• Good knowledge of hotel PMS and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to live and work on Gili Meno Island, Lombok Utara.
• Available to join immediately.
