The Luxury Collection at Pantai Wae Rana Labuan Bajo is seeking a guest services associate to process check-ins, verify guest identities, assign rooms, and issue keys. You will handle payments, enter Marriott Rewards data, and balance daily cash flow while ensuring accurate accounts for each guest.

This non-management, full-time role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity and form of payment, assigning room and issuing room key.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information and ensure rates match market codes; document exceptions and secure payment prior to issuing key.
• Compile and review daily reports/logs; balance and drop receipts; complete cashier and closing reports; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Provide guests with directions and property information; respond to requests and follow up to ensure needs are met; assist staff and coach employees as needed.
