JW Marriott invites applications for a front desk position at our Jakarta property. You will greet guests, check them in, issue room keys, and handle payments and check-outs with professionalism and courtesy.

You will coordinate with housekeeping, assist guests with local information, and uphold safety and operational standards across the property. A high school diploma or GED is required; prior guest-service experience is not mandatory, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Check guests in by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys.
• Process room charges and other payments; manage cash handling and end-of-shift cash drops.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness and assist bell staff as needed.
• Provide guests with directions and information about local attractions and property facilities.
• Maintain and balance daily cashier and closing reports as per policy and procedures.
