Job summary

Aston Sunset Beach Resort, Gili Trawangan is seeking a professional front desk officer to warmly welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out, manage reservations, and provide accurate information about facilities and local attractions.

You will respond promptly to inquiries, process payments, coordinate with housekeeping, maintain guest accounts, and keep the front desk area organized, ensuring service standards are consistently met.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Prepare daily reports and complete front office administrative tasks.
• Ensure all services are provided according to hotel standards and procedures.
