Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Freelance SAP Consultant to join our team on a project-based, remote work arrangement. The ideal candidate will provide expert SAP consulting services, supporting the successful implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP modules tailored to business requirements. This role demands deep technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and provide SAP solutions to meet client needs.

• Support end-to-end SAP implementation projects from planning to go-live and post-implementation support.

• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end-users and stakeholders on SAP functionalities.

• Collaborate remotely with clients, project managers, and IT teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Identify and troubleshoot SAP system issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Prepare comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, test cases, and user manuals.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices to provide innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as an SAP Consultant with expertise in one or more SAP modules.

• Strong knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and project lifecycle management.

• Proficiency in SAP configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and remotely.

• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom, JIRA, Confluence).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines in a freelance capacity.

Experience
