Job summary

Luxehouze, a fast-growing luxury marketplace operating across Indonesia and Singapore, is seeking a Freelance Fashion Ops & Authenticator who delivers outcomes over busywork. You will authenticate luxury items, assess condition, and support QC processes to ensure listing accuracy and trust with high-value customers.

In this on-site Jakarta role, you will document findings, escalate when needed, and collaborate with warehouse and merchandising teams to maintain inventory integrity and brand

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in luxury retail, authentication, resale or quality control.
• Strong knowledge of luxury brands (bags, shoes, RTW and accessories).
• Ability to identify authentic vs counterfeit products across multiple brands.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Familiar with material types (leather, textiles, hardware finishes).
• Able to assess and grade product condition accurately.
• Organized and disciplined in documentation and data entry.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong integrity and sense of responsibility.
• Good team player with clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Authenticate luxury items across multiple brands using markers, tools and references.
• Inspect materials, stitching, hardware, engravings, serial numbers and packaging.
• Record defects with clear photos and descriptions to support listings.
• Assess item completeness (dust bag, box, receipts, authentication cards, etc.).
• Grade condition according to company standards and advise on cleaning or repair when needed.
• Perform daily inbound QC and outbound QC before shipping or transfers.
• Maintain QC records and authentication reports in the inventory system.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Operations and Merchandiser to ensure listing accuracy and pricing.
