Job summary
Luxehouze is seeking a Research and Insight Specialist in Jakarta to lead pricing research, market sizing and insights for luxury fashion and beauty across Indonesia and Singapore. You will translate data into actionable commercial recommendations and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing strategies.

Qualifications
- 2–3 years in market research, pricing analytics, merchandising, or related roles.
- Experience in fashion, luxury retail, or e-commerce is preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with data-driven storytelling.
- Proficiency with Excel/Sheets, including lookups, pivots, and dashboards.
- Experience with competitor price benchmarking and price monitoring across platforms.
- Understanding of pricing strategies, gross margins, and FX considerations.
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct competitor pricing research and benchmarking for ID & SG markets.
- Lead principal price research, monitoring and validation for ID & SG.
- Provide pricing analysis and actionable recommendations.
- Generate market research insights to inform commercial strategy.
