Job summary

Time International in Indonesia seeks a Sales Associate to master brand knowledge and deliver service excellence to respected customers. You will establish relationships with regular and new clients, maintain customer databases, and contribute to monthly store targets.

You will also manage daily stock, ensure displays and boutique aesthetics meet standards, and provide personalized styling services such as outfits, color palettes, and fabrics.

Qualifications

• Holding at least Diploma degree from reputable university.
• Having at least 2 years of experience in a high end brand to serve clients with confidence.
• Strong business knowledge and professional communication skills.
• Desire for a sales role with determination and self-motivation to achieve goals.
• Teamwork capability and ability to work independently in a competitive market.
• Flexible work schedule including extended hours, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Mastering knowledge related to the brand and sharing with customers.
• Deliver standard service excellence to customers per brand guidelines.
• Establish contact and develop relationships with regular and new customers.
• Maintain customer database and preferences.
• Contribute to store monthly target through sales performance.
• Perform and maintain daily stock inventory.
• Ensure product displays, sales kits and boutique environment are in good condition.
• Provide additional services such as styling pieces, outfits, color palettes, styles and fabrics.
