Job summary

Kurniawan Group is seeking an energetic Sales/Account Executive to expand our market reach in the Jambi region. You will acquire new customers, retain existing ones, and sell internet service packages, dedicated connections, and value-added services.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting ISP products, negotiating with corporate clients, and meeting sales targets. You should be flexible for field mobility and work well in a team while maintaining a professional image.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher is required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred in ISP/Telco/IT.
• Understanding of ISP products (bandwidth, latency, SLA) is a plus.
• Must possess Class C/A driving license and own vehicle.
• Familiar with CRM and digital marketing tools.
• Professional appearance, confident, and communicative.
• Target-oriented with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Domiciled in the Jambi region.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential customers in the Jambi region.
• Present ISP service packages (residential, business, VPN, colocation).
• Prepare proposals and negotiate with corporate customers.
• Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Door-to-door canvassing in new coverage areas for residential customers.
• Build long-term relationships for upselling and cross-selling.
• Coordinate with technical teams for site surveys and installation feasibility.
• Manage sales pipeline via CRM and prepare forecasts.
• Collect customer feedback and monitor competitors.
• Handle complaints and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
