Job summary

KG Media (Kompas Gramedia Group of Media) seeks a freelance Business Development & Partnership professional to drive BD strategies, search and maintain Merchant MyValue, and support growth in market share and awareness.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners, analyze BD strategies, conduct market research, and manage client and marketing activities while meeting new and existing customers.

Qualifications

• S1 degree open for all majors.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
• Strong time management and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to present and persuade at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with key partners and stakeholders at various levels.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned partners, fostering open and consistent communication.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and evolving needs.
• Anticipate partner needs and offer solutions and insights.
• Conduct regular check-ins, meetings, and business reviews to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
• Manage partner expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the resolution process.
• Participate in internal meetings to provide partners perspectives and contribute to strategy.
• Develop and implement account management plans to maximize partner retention and growth.
