Job summary

Super Bank Indonesia is seeking a Fraud Special Project Lead to drive strategic anti-fraud initiatives across all products. You will own projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with Product, Technology, and Fraud Risk to ensure timely delivery and measurable impact.

The role demands a deep understanding of fraud mitigation, strong project leadership, and the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least 5–7 years of experience in technology-related fraud mitigation in banking/financing.
• Ability to lead projects from ideation to execution with team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate the entire lifecycle of fraud prevention projects from concept to launch.
• Serve as main contact for project stakeholders ensuring alignment across departments.
• Gather business requirements with Fraud Operations and Investigations units for initiatives.
• Collaborate with QA & Trainer unit to facilitate adoption of new tools and processes.
• Develop fraud detection and investigation processes aligned with strategy.
• Work with Product, TPM, PMO to ensure timely feature/system enhancements.
• Manage schedules, resources, and budgets to deliver within scope.
• Prepare reports/presentations for Risk Management Committee and Fraud Risk teams.
