PT Dua Pendekar Ayam in Malang, East Java, seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Senior Staff to lead budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis for a fast-growing multi-outlet F&B business.

You will build models, dashboards, assess CAPEX, and present actionable insights to the CFO and senior management, collaborating with Accounting, Operations, Purchasing, and cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or related field.
• At least 2 years in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or related finance role; F&B experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Proficient in Excel, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and XLOOKUP; strong financial modeling skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; Power BI knowledge is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop Annual Budgets & Financial Forecasts covering revenue, COGS, and OPEX at outlet level.
• Conduct Budget vs. Actual analysis and explain variances with recommendations.
• Build Financial Models & Dashboards to support monitoring and decision-making.
• Analyze Outlet & Product profitability and cost efficiency for margin improvement.
• Evaluate Investment & CAPEX feasibility for new outlets and renovations.
• Prepare Cash Flow forecasts to support liquidity planning and funding decisions.
• Deliver management insights and recommendations to CFO and leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional financial planning with Accounting, Operations, and Purchasing.
• Monitor financial performance and key metrics, highlight risks and trends.
• Improve financial reporting processes for a growing multi-outlet business.
