Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or CFA designation preferred.
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop sophisticated financial models for business cases and investments.
• Analyze performance vs budget and forecast; identify driver variances and provide actions.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and dashboards of results and outlook.
• Partner with business leaders to understand drivers and support decisions.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies.
