Pt Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a senior FP&A leader to govern planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidated reporting for its Indonesian operations in the FMCG sector. You will guide cost optimization, capital allocation, and strategic investments across multiple business units and facilities.

The role requires hands‑on expertise, advanced financial modeling, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for senior management and regional/global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8–10 years FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting.
• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or high‑volume consumer businesses.
• Senior‑level, hands‑on FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting.
• Ability to consolidate data across units and present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the annual operating plan (AOP), budgeting, and rolling forecasts across units.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic decisions.
• Standardize data structures, consolidation methods, and financial logic across units.
• Consolidate data from manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and commercial channels into management reports.
• Prepare monthly MD&A, dashboards, and executive reports for senior leadership.
• Conduct variance analysis and monitor OpEx, CapEx, and cost drivers.
