Job summary

KT&G TSPM is seeking a Finance Analyst to support monthly financial reporting and performance analysis. You will assist in budgets, forecasts and variance analysis while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to validate financial data.

Responsibilities include preparing Excel reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and driving improvements in reporting and decision‑making processes. Fresh graduates up to 3 years are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics or related fields.
• Fresh graduates welcome; up to 3 years of relevant experience in Management Accounting, Controlling, Audit or Financial Analysis.
• Familiar with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and business performance.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP).
• Proactive, well-organized with good cross-department communication.

Requirement

• Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance.
• Good in Microsoft Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, lookup formulas, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
• Proactive, eager to learn, well-organized, and able to communicate and collaborate effectively across departments.
