Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in Depok seeks a Production Manager to monitor and improve production quality, manage tonnage targets, and evaluate subordinate performance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, at least 3 years of foundry experience, and is proficient in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Production Management / Metallurgy is highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in foundry field is a MUST.
• Experienced in the pump industry is prioritized.
• Deep understanding of metal production and metal castings.
• Proficient in English both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve the quality of production processes and raw materials.
• Monitor and improve tonnage targets based on the PPIC schedule.
• Responsible for evaluating the performance of subordinates.
• Implement the 5R and OHS (K3) programs to ensure safety.

Job description

Client industry: Pump Manufacture
Responsibilities:

Monitor and improve the quality of production processes and raw materials according to established standards to maintain reject levels below the company’s maximum limit.

Monitor and improve FC and BC tonnage targets based on the PPIC schedule to achieve the company’s set tonnage goals.

Monitor and improve productivity in line with targeted output to achieve Production 1 productivity level.

Monitor material testing costs according to the department's set budget to help reduce production expenses.

Responsible for evaluating the performance of subordinates in accordance with company standards or SOPs.

Implement the 5R and OHS (K3) programs in accordance with applicable regulations to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Production Management / Metallurgy is highly preferred.

Minimum 3 years of related experience in foundry field is a MUST.

Experienced in the pump industry is prioritized.

Deep understanding of metal production and metal castings.
