Job summary

PT Susu Teknologi Indonesia seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead technical discovery with strategic customers, translating business problems into shippable code and building integrative AI workflows within enterprise infrastructure.

You will own end-to-end rollouts, monitor KPIs/SLAs, and ensure system reliability in fast-moving environments, with strong emphasis on customer empathy and ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in software engineering, technical delivery, or client-facing deployment roles.
• AI/Data Fluency: Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases, or LLM-driven agent frameworks where applicable.
• Soft Skills: High customer empathy, founder-like ownership, and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities
