Job summary

Nomion Medicines, a dynamic startup, seeks a Formulation Chemist to design, develop, and optimize pharmaceutical formulations across multiple dosage forms. You will perform hands-on lab work—blending, granulation, and tableting—while designing experiments, interpreting data, and documenting all work per GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on scientist with strong background in formulation development.
• Experience designing, developing, and optimizing pharmaceutical formulations.
• Experience in GMP or regulated settings preferred.
• Ability to design and perform experiments independently.
• Detail-oriented with emphasis on manufacturability and stability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize pharmaceutical formulations across various dosage forms.
• Hands-on lab work such as blending, granulation, and tableting.
• Design experiments, interpret data, and document work according to GMP standards.
• Collaborate with analytical chemists, QA, and project managers to ensure robust formulations.
• Ensure formulations are robust, stable, and fit for purpose.
