Who are you?

You are a scientist with a hands-on mindset and a strong background in formulation development. You thrive in a dynamic environment where scientific curiosity and practical problem-solving go hand in hand.

You are comfortable developing formulations for a variety of dosage forms, and you understand the regulatory and quality aspects that guide pharmaceutical development. Preferably you have experience working in a GMP or regulated setting. You are proactive, communicative, and eager to contribute to a growing, collaborative team.

Besides a Positive And Hand‑on Mentality, You Also Have

• a BSc, MSc, or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
• Hands‑on experience in drug formulation, ideally in a pharmaceutical or CRO/CDMO setting.
• You can design and perform experiments independently, and critically interpret the results
• Understands the link between formulation, manufacturability, and stability
• Documents clearly and works precisely, with an eye for both detail and timelines
