Job summary

PT. Amanah Amarta Group is seeking a seasoned footwear product development professional to lead end-to-end development from concept to mass production, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Based in TAMAN, SIDOARJO, you will coordinate across teams and suppliers to deliver innovative footwear concepts. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, extensive footwear industry experience, materials knowledge, supplier coordination, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in footwear/shoes industry, especially Product Development/R&D.
• Knowledge of footwear materials, construction, and manufacturing.
• Experience from concept to mass production.
• Sourcing and supplier coordination experience.
• Familiarity with AI-based design tools is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willing to be based in TAMAN, SIDOARJO.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and product trend research to identify new product opportunities
• Develop new footwear concepts, designs, and product ideas
• Define product specifications and source suitable materials
• Manage the product development process from sampling and quality evaluation through production readiness
• Ensure product quality, functionality, and specifications meet the required standards
• Coordinate and maintain effective communication with suppliers regarding materials, samples, and product development
• Work closely with related teams to ensure the product development process runs effectively and according to timeline
