Job summary

On Running is seeking a Senior Specialist - Footwear Commercialization Engineer to join our Indonesia operations in Cirebon, West Java. You will drive manufacturability, product integrity, and production transfer processes with our manufacturing partners to elevate our footwear line.

You will ensure timely transitions from design to samples and production while managing costs and quality. Based in Indonesia, you will collaborate across teams, travel to partner factories in Vietnam and Indonesia,

Qualifications

7-10 years' experience in footwear engineering with attention to detail, function and quality
Good communication skills; fluent in English and Bahasa (Indonesia)
Entrepreneurial mindset with eagerness for differentiation and excellence
Ability to balance creativity with organization in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel regularly between ON’s partners in Vietnam and Indonesia

Responsibilities

Manage the commercialization process of assigned products with factory personnel and technical teams
Provide technical expertise to ensure manufacturability from design to samples and production, meeting timelines and cost
Oversee factory production transfer commercialization and enable start of production for POs
Collaborate with development team to review samples, pattern confirmations, and technical build of new products
Explain product requirements and standards to factories to align goals
Champion sustainability, product integrity and quality improvements to differentiate On Running
Coordinate tech package transfer from offshore factories (Vietnam) to Indonesia and prepare for commercialization trials
