Job description

Responsibilities

1. Communicate verbally and in writing in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia with various parties in the company.
2. Coordinate the scheduling and progress of tasks and projects from superiors.
3. Handle and follow up on data and documents.
4. Communicate and cooperate with various company stakeholders.
5. Assist in organizing meetings, taking meeting notes and translation.
6. Participate in shoes end-to-end process (by knowledge).

Qualifications

1. Minimum education D-III (all majors).
2. Ability to speak Chinese (orally and in writing).
3. Having HSK certificate will be an added value.
4. Able to operate MS Office application.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Proactive, detail-oriented, and can work together in a team.
