Unilever is seeking a high-impact Foods ID Customer Experience & Logistics Lead to own the end-to-end customer service and logistics strategy for Indonesia Foods. You will shape the operating model, drive service excellence, and align customer, operations and commercial priorities to deliver resilient, cost-efficient performance.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in customer service, operations, logistics or end-to-end supply chain in FMCG or complex environments.
• Strong understanding of order fulfilment, warehousing, transport, and distribution networks.
• Proven track record in leading transformation and partnering with senior commercial leaders.

Responsibilities

• Set Indonesia Foods Customer Service & Logistics strategy and operating model.
• Lead and develop the Customer Experience & Logistics organisation.
• Own Indonesia customer-service performance including service level, OTIF, and cost-to-serve.
• Oversee end-to-end performance across customer service, warehousing, transport and distribution.
