Job summary

With a minimum of 3 years in electrical engineering or maintenance, you will plan maintenance activities, manage spare parts, and drive improvements while collaborating with multiple departments to optimize performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years in a technical electrical engineering or maintenance role.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance of production machines.
• Develop and modify equipment and provide electrical tools or MRO.
• Approve machine design and parts supply.
• Coordinate with departments to monitor and improve performance.
• Manage spare parts inventory and sourcing.
• Ensure safety and environmental quality in the department.
• Lead projects and report to superiors.
