This hands-on role requires strong analytical skills, vendor management, and the ability to coordinate with drivers and dispatchers.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management, preferably in logistics or transportation.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with Indonesian transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fleet management strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee maintenance, preventative schedules, repairs and inspections to minimize downtime.
• Manage fuel consumption, tire programs, and other operating expenses.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian transport laws, regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain fleet records, including registrations, insurance, maintenance logs, and driver info.
• Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to optimize routes and delivery schedules.
• Implement and monitor safety programs for drivers and the public.
• Analyze fleet performance data and generate reports for senior management.
