Job summary

Magada Tirta Amerta is seeking a Fleet Support Associate to monitor asset maintenance, documents, and approvals in Malang. The role covers back-office and on-site tasks, including asset registration and fleet reporting.

The candidate should have a D3 or equivalent, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with teams to satisfy customer needs. Flexible with field assignments in Malang.

Responsibilities

• Monitor asset and maintenance activities for Malang region.
• Monitor vehicle documents and approvals for Malang.
• Monitor cost maintenance and asset registration/updating for vehicles in Malang.
• Prepare and finalize QC for units ready to OTR (4W).
• Report daily, weekly and monthly fleet status.
• Coordinate with vendors and ERA team; handle complaints in Malang.
