Job summary

PT. MAGADA TIRTA AMERTA is seeking an Acquisition Expert to support fleet operations and administrative tasks across Indonesia.

You will prepare vehicles for sales, conduct final checks, manage body repair processes, and keep vehicle status updated in our system using Excel/Google Sheets. A SMA/SMK background with 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK diploma, preferably mechanical vocational training.
• At least 1 year experience in operational administration for fleet management.
• Familiar with laptop, Excel/Google Sheets and Google Workspace for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for sales.
• Perform final vehicle checks for sales.
• Handle body repair processes.
• Update vehicle status in the system.

Requirements:

• SMA/SMK, preferably Mechanical Vocational High School
• 1 year experience in operational administration for fleet management (e.g., vehicle rent services company, Public Transportation company) with skills in mechanical technical job, particularly two-wheels, preferably electrical one i.e., Autoshop technician (Bengkel Otomotif)
• Familiar in using laptop, Office (especially Excel/GSheet) / Google Workspace, and useful mobile applications into day-to-day administrative works
