RGE di Indonesia membuka lowongan FL Operator, Warehouse, BM untuk bergabung di tim gudang perusahaan. Peran ini mencakup penerimaan barang, pemeriksaan kerusakan dan ketidaksesuaian, serta penyortiran, pelabelan, dan penyimpanan barang untuk mengoptimalkan ruang gudang.

Kandidat juga akan melakukan picking, packing, dan dispatch barang, serta entri data stok secara rutin. Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan bekerja secara teliti, mampu berkoordinasi dengan tim logistik, dan siap mengoperasikan

Responsibilities

• Menerima barang masuk
• Memeriksa kerusakan serta selisih antara barang dan faktur
• Mengategorikan, melabel, dan menyimpan barang dengan rapi; mengoptimalkan ruang gudang
• Mengambil, membungkus, dan mengirim barang keluar sesuai permintaan
• Memasukkan data ke sistem untuk menjaga catatan stok tetap mutakhir
• Mengakses informasi stok/delivery schedules untuk menjawab pertanyaan

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming goods.
• Check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
• Accurately sort, label, and store goods; arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders.
• Enter data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records.
• Retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries (for example on inventory levels or delivery schedules.)
• Perform other routine clerical activities according to the organization’s established procedures. These activities may include answering telephones; updating stock cards and inventory records; and completing receipt, transfer, delivery, and dispatch forms.
• Operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery.
